Guide Terms (Provider Agreement)

1. Independent provider status

Guides are independent providers, not employees or agents of Guides.app.

2. Guide obligations

Guides are responsible for tour accuracy, legal compliance, route suitability, safety disclosures, refund terms, taxes, and customer communications.

3. Payments and payouts

Stripe Connect may be used for onboarding, verification, collection, and payout. Guides.app may deduct commissions and fees.

4. Content standards

Guides must have rights to all content they upload and must not infringe third-party rights.

5. Removal

Guides.app may remove tours or suspend Guide access for policy, fraud, legal, or safety reasons.
